We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the main street and beside a well-known landmark, the clock. It was convenient to have nice restaurants on 20 de Noviembre Avenue and be close to the prehispanic ruins. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, even offering us a welcome drink upon our arrival. The restaurant staff provided excellent service and the food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. We also appreciated the spacious and calm room, with a comfortable bed and a nice, clean bathroom. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that we truly enjoyed.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff welcomed us warmly with a refreshing drink. The hotel's facilities were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious fresh food with authentic flavours at the restaurant. The hotel's location right beside the clock landmark made it easy to find and access transportation. Additionally, it was surrounded by some great restaurants near 20 de Noviembre Avenue.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

Friendly staff and delicious food
The staff at this hotel were so welcoming and always went out of their way to help us during our stay. The highlight of our trip was definitely the food. We tried so many authentic dishes and we were never disappointed. Plus, the hotel’s location was great, right in the heart of the city and close to many restaurants and landmarks.
The hotel’s facilities were quite outdated. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and the carpet was dirty in our room.

The hotel is ideally located near a famous landmark with great restaurants within walking distance. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and staff provide excellent service. the breakfast is outstanding with several choices to pick from. the pool is clean and perfect for a refreshing dip on hot days. the hotel offers good value for the money with its reasonably priced amenities and services.
Like any hotel, some aspects can be improved, such as the cleanliness of the pool.

Great amenities & location! the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and an iron which was very useful.
The hotel could use some updating and maintenance. the bed in our room was uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft.
